Ridgeline sells the Ridgeline Trail bike frame bag, the Ridgeline Pilot top tube phone bag, and the Ridgeline Complete Kit bundle direct to riders in the United States and a handful of other countries. This page is the agreement between you and Animouf LLC. Please read it before you buy — if you don't agree with something here, don't use the site or place an order.

bike-frame-bag.com is operated as Ridgeline and published by Animouf LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. Our mailing address is 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. You can reach us any time at [email protected]. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "Ridgeline" mean Animouf LLC.

Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) in the format "$29.99" and cover the product cost. Shipping is free to every country we serve unless a page clearly states otherwise. Current pricing:

Prices, promotions, and product availability can change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a confirmed order and successful payment form the contract. Very occasionally a listing may contain a typo or a pricing error — if that happens, we may correct the price, cancel the affected order, and issue you a full refund. We'll always email you first if an order is affected. We may also refuse or cancel any order we reasonably suspect is fraudulent or placed for resale.

Shipping & delivery

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. Orders typically ship within 7-14 business days. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carriers or customs outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you, but if anything goes wrong in transit, email us and we'll help sort it out.

Products

Our bags are made for everyday consumer cycling — road, gravel, MTB, and commuting. The Trail frame bag uses a lightweight Oxford/nylon fabric and velcro straps; the Pilot is a hard-shell top tube bag with a touchscreen phone window sized for phones up to 7 inches. Colors and product photos are shown as accurately as we can, but screens vary, so slight differences are normal. Products are provided "as is" for ordinary personal use. They are gear, not safety equipment — always ride within the law and your own ability, and check that a bag is mounted securely before every ride. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. Checkout happens on Stripe's hosted pages — we never see or store your full card details. By paying, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method. Your card is charged when the order is placed. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the related order. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment step.

30-day money-back guarantee

Every Ridgeline order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your bag arrives faulty or you're simply not happy with it, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Defective-on-arrival items usually don't need to be shipped back — we resolve those directly. Full details, including how it works step by step, are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with it, attempt to breach its security, scrape it at scale, or copy its content, images, or product text for commercial reuse without permission. All site content — including copy, photography, and the Ridgeline name — belongs to Animouf LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Animouf LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. For any claim relating to a product, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law, or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be handled by the courts located in Wyoming, unless mandatory law in your home country provides otherwise. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version, and the terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
